Finally! An honest shop...

Such a shame Pep Boys do not have more people like Michael working for them! I came in because of an issue with my tires back in August and he was so honest that I had to come back to replace my brakes. When I came this past week I found out he was on vacation and the guy there gave me a sales pitch and wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money so I chose not to do anything till Michael was back (just to make sure what I was told was the truth). I came back this morning and THANK GOODNESS for Michael!! I only needed the front (as I suspected) not all of them and the price was SO MUCH better!! He was so embarrassed when I told him of my experience that I felt bad even mentioning it. Those other guys are the reason why no one trusts these places!! Thank you again Michael for your honesty and for looking out for the customer! Pep Boys should have him train their people, they would build such a loyal following with more guys like him.
